Sand & Water Product Maintenance

What are some tips to maintain my sand and water products?

We suggest your first review the assembly instructions, which are available on our product pages, to verify the product meets all safety requirements as installed.  Make sure sandbox lids are intact to keep your sand clean and any critters out.  Check umbrellas for proper installation, function and fit; along with exposed metal tips or torn fabric.  Be sure to remove any damaged umbrellas from use.  Also, check drainage plugs for wear and make sure they are inserted all the way to prevent leakage.

Up & Down Roller Coaster Weight

What is the maximum weight limit of the Up & Down Roller Coaster?

The weight limit on the coaster car is 50 lbs.

Climbing Equipment and Swing Maintenance

What are some tips to maintain my swings and climbing equipment?

 

We suggest your first review the assembly instructions which are available on our product pages, to verify the product meets all safety requirements as installed.  Then check for obstacles around home playground equipment (there should be a minimum of 6-1/2 feet clearance around the perimeter of the equipment).

 

Be sure to check all hardware on your climbing & swing set equipment to make sure they are tight and anchors are in place and beneath surface level.  Also, check swing ropes on climber/swing sets to ensure they are in good condition with no sign of fraying or rotting from sun/weather exposure.

Wagon and Ride-on Maintenance

What are some tips to maintain my wagon or ride-on?

First, we recommend that you review the assembly instructions, which are available on our product pages, to verify products meet all safety requirements as installed.  Then, check the seat belts to ensure they are secure, that the buckles function, and the fabric is not weathered or damaged.  Look for signs of wear on wheels, bent axles or casters and cracks on handles.
